Return and Refund Policy

At Nature’s Gift, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Because our products are made with natural and perishable ingredients, we maintain a strict no-return policy for health and safety reasons.
However, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience and will address any issues with your order promptly.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — which include herbal supplements, tinctures, teas, and skincare items — all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped, opened, or used.
This policy helps maintain the integrity, safety, and freshness of our natural goods.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@naturesgiftherbs.com
with the following:
Your order number
A photo of the product(s) and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will:
Replace the damaged or incorrect item, or
Issue store credit at our discretion
Replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after verification.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it:
Check with neighbors or your local post office first.
Contact us at support@naturesgiftherbs.com
within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.
Nature’s Gift is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order is packaged or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To request a cancellation, email support@naturesgiftherbs.com
as soon as possible with your order number.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are granted only in limited cases such as:
Wrong item sent
Product damage during shipping
Unresolved delivery errors verified by the carrier
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
