Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
All perishable product will shipper Monday-Tuesday to maintain health integrityDuring high-volume periods or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates.

3. Local Pickup or Delivery (Houston Area)
Local pickup or delivery may be available for select Houston, TX locations and events.
If available, you’ll see this option at checkout. Pickup instructions will be emailed after your order is confirmed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact support@naturesgiftherbs.com.
5. Shipping Delays
Nature’s Gift is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions.
We recommend verifying your address carefully before checkout.
If a delay occurs after your order has shipped, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark items “delivered” before actual arrival.

Nature’s Gift is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
We will, however, assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally outside the United States.
Check back soon, as we plan to expand shipping to select countries.
